Shipping policy

The seller shall choose the appropriate mode of transportation according to the nature and destination of the goods, and ensure that the goods can arrive at the designated place on time. The seller shall bear all risks during the transportation process, and title and risk of the goods will pass to the buyer after the goods are delivered to the place designated by the buyer.


Duties and taxes

The seller will be responsible for all customs formalities related to the import and export of goods, as well as import duties, value-added tax (VAT) and other relevant taxes. The buyer is not responsible for any additional import costs.


Delivery time

The seller shall ship the goods within 5-7 working days after the contract is signed and deliver the goods to the designated place within 20-40 working days. In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters and wars, the seller shall notify the buyer in time and reschedule the delivery time.


Acceptance and quality issues

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer shall inspect them within a reasonable time. If any quality or quantity problems are found with the goods, the buyer shall notify the seller within 14 days and provide relevant evidence so that the seller can deal with the problem.
